  The roof looks beautiful. The sales person, one of six I dealt with, took a great deal of time to document and educate me on all the issues and we chose them over less expensive options because we believed in their professionalism and standing behind their work.
  BUT... their communication and other aspects of nearly 20k job have sucked, on all three parts of the job hired.
  1) we got a call saying the Roof materials would be delivered on a Wednesday, and Roof done on Thursday. There was a fear of weather and they called Wednesday night to say they would be there 7am the next day. It was raining the next day. No one showed up. No one called to say the were not comming. When we contacted them they said now it would be done Friday. And we asked if the roof material would be dropped today or Thursday because no one would be here, long driveway to receive the materials. We were assured no they would be dropped Thursday. And then as we were a few miles from home a large truck with roof materials passed us and we made the U-turn to find confused driver needing our help to get it delivered.
  2) on the day of roofing there were very nice workers who showed up at 7am and started working. Foreman was supposed to be here by 8am. We had made it clear that I had to drive wife to work and no one would be here for a few hours. And so we needed to wait to talk to Forman when he pulled in late at 8:30 rushing as our of his truck no shoes on. I returned after my errand and was here the rest of the day. Around 3:09 I hear no banging and everyone is gone. They didn’t come get me or no information. Just left. Later when we inquired the foreman thought no one was here. OK so you didn’t observe the car we were in when you rushed there 30 min late was back in driveway. Whatever. We were getting three jobs done, I figured we would do walk around at very end.
  3) we chose to do financings. When the guy was hear he took info and said we were approved and what payments would be. Then day before roofing there’s a flurry of activity as we didn’t sign and return a form. We had no idea and thought when the guy was in our living room that the details had been taken care of.
  4). They had emphasized that they don’t collect payment until job is done and we have approved. So we have been contacted/ hassled by loan people every few days since roof is done. And every time we explain the other two parts of job haven’t been done vans we have no idea when they will be because no one has called us.
  5) gutters was part number two. Gutter people show up one day 7am, no phone call, don’t knock on door, just climb up on roof and that’s how we are awoken someone walking on roof.
  6) we hear nothing from anyone other than finance company. On a Friday that we took a vacation day. They call at 7:15 to say they had a cancellation and wanted to come right then. We are having multiple windows replaced. Involving multiple rooms and stuff needs to be moved and NO you can not call me at 7:15 with no warning and finish trashing day of PTO because it’s convenient for YOU. We told them to come Monday.
  7) and so instead they show up again no phone call to do the windows before 9am today on Saturday. And again seemed put off that we are not willing to say “sure, we have a houseful of weekend guests let’s wake everyone up to move furniture and have construction crew here putting in windows”. We ARE THE CUSTOMERS. WE ARE PAYING 20K. I don’t give a rats ass what is convenient for you. Not calling and showing up with a crew to start hugely disturbing job TWICE IN TWO DAYS. I am not happy and we will see what happens next. As I would no be surprised if they show up again, no phone call Sunday. Why not, if it works for them.
